It’s like an alternative to meat for me, just a healthier alternative. The taste is not as strong and the resistance as you’re chewing is more dissolvable. It also contains chickpeas and cumin, but add some onion, scallions and parsley and you’re there.
Couscous comes from semolina. Bellow you see it mixed with Tabbouleh.
You mix bulgur, olive oil, boiled water, parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, a little lemon juice, fresh mint, salt and pepper. It will become a fine salad!
